Refund & Return Policy

At Breaking Basic Designs, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 12 hours of placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Please include a photo of the item and your order number.

Please double-check all sizing, color, and design selections before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders beyond the 12-hour window.
